A water recycling system has been installed, achieving a 100% pure water recycling rate and a 75% industrial water recycling rate.
The test results for various substances in water have shown levels consistently below the upper limits specified by legal regulations for the past three years.

The installation of solar power generation equipment has been completed in 2022, with an anticipated annual output of 356 kWh, equivalent to planting 1,282 trees in terms of environmental impact.
In 2022, the implementation of four energy-saving projects resulted in a reduction of approximately 1,917 metric tons of CO2 in greenhouse gas emissions. This reduction is equivalent to the carbon absorption of five Daan Forest Parks over the course of one year.

Successfully certified for ISO 14001, and is expected to receive certification for ISO 45001 by the fourth quarter of 2023.
A total of 150 employees participated in safety and health education training, while 45 contractors participated in the annual maintenance project education.
An investment of NT$3,699,000 was allocated to provide nutritional support for 100 elderly individuals in the Taoyuan area. This initiative aims to offer comprehensive assistance to elderly individuals living alone, supporting their physical and psychological well-being.
Doctors conduct on-site services every two months, while nurses provide on-site services six times a month for employee consultations and health-related promotions and management.
Two automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are installed on-site. The company conducts periodic AED+CPR practical drills, first aid knowledge training, and employee dispatch training sessions throughout the year.
Through the "Nutrition Enhancement Service" in collaboration with the Double Bliss Welfare And Charity Foundation, TMC provided nutritional supplements to 100 elderly individuals living alone in the Taoyuan area. Additionally, the company initiated the "Accompanying Medical Care Program," accompanying 460 elderly individuals for medical appointments in the Taoyuan area. This program aims to strengthen health education and provide psychological support.
TMC pays attention to rural education by promoting after-school tutoring for children. Collaborating with organizations such as the Taiwan Caring Association, Caring Foundation, Chuhsin Home, Sacred Heart Kindergarten, and Taiwan Acoustic Education Association, we have gradually invested a total amount of NT$17,412,000 in this initiative.
We have collectively invested over NT$220,000 to develop diverse educational programs for 11 schools in the Hsinchu-Miaoli area and one school in Taipei. These programs include diverse education courses for elementary and middle school levels such as Hakka lion dance with octet music, Taiwan lion dance teams, and unicycle teams.
TMC's story volunteers visited the non-profit organization "Chuhsin Home" and conducted storytelling sessions for a total of 14 occasions. So far, 119 children have participated in these storytelling events.
Continuously, we have committed a minimum of NT$465,000 to accompany underprivileged families through difficult times.
