Taiwan Mask Corporation implements various training programs based on education, skills, and experience to ensure that employees are competent in their roles and to enhance the quality of products and environmental operations. Employee training is categorized mainly into three types: orientation training for new hires, training for direct personnel, and training for indirect personnel. We encourage employees to pursue ongoing education to improve skills and knowledge relevant to their work. In addition to continuously providing internal courses across departments, we also encourage employees with over a year of service to become internal seed trainers, linking talent development with the company's vision for growth and ensuring mastery of key skills. The company also offers opportunities for external training. Employees can apply for or be assigned to any relevant courses based on work needs, and upon approval, they may participate. A diverse range of courses, combined with a feedback mechanism, helps supervisors and the human resources department better understand the needs of their subordinates and peers. The feedback results from courses serve as important references for course improvement, aiming to leverage comprehensive training programs to maximize employee strengths and guide them alongside the company toward the next milestone. In 2023, Taiwan Mask Corporation recorded a total training time of 5,087.5 hours, with each employee averaging 10.9 hours of training.

In addition to conducting internal training courses, we also provide various personal skill development training programs for employees to arrange and participate in at their own discretion. These programs include negotiation skills, visual presentation techniques, problem analysis and resolution, and recruitment interview skills. Furthermore, to cultivate the interests of company colleagues, we offer diverse courses such as flower arrangement, assisting supervisors and colleagues in gaining motivation for career development within a comprehensive and diverse education and training system.
