In accordance with the frequency and items required by the permits for each facility, we have commissioned a third-party testing organization to conduct inspections to ensure that emission standards comply with legal requirements.
Review air pollutant removal technologies to reduce the impact of pollutant emissions and waste.
In 2024, we plan to replace the aging fans and control panels of the scrubber tower, add new fans and automatic shutdown functions, and install a VOCs waste incineration system. (Completed)
TMC's main source of emissions is from the use of chemicals in the manufacturing process. The generated emissions are collected using a closed exhaust system, directing them to air pollution control devices. After treatment, the emissions are released into the atmosphere. Every year, TMC commissions qualified environmental testing organizations to sample and test the emissions from the air pollution control equipment's outlets. The testing parameters include sulfuric acid (SOx), chlorine gas (Cl2), ammonia gas (NH3), and volatile organic compounds (VOC). This ensures that the emissions comply with regulations and the emission standards of the Science Park.
