Identify Major Stakeholders and Significant Sustainability Topics

In the order of significance, stakeholders impacting TMC can be categorized into seven groups: customers, shareholders/investors, suppliers, employees, governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the community.

The company referenced international sustainability norms and standards (GRI Guidelines, SASB, TCFD), along with industry-focused concerns, to gather and compile a total of 21 relevant sustainability issues.

A total of 170 online questionnaires were collected in 2022. Issues that significantly impact the environment, products, society, governance, and economy have been made the main topics of this report.
